Impel Cash Handling Ltd. specializes in the handling of cash circulation and in cash processing. We propose solutions which facilitate reductions in operating costs of companies, and at the same time enable them to increase security of their business.

Cash handling comprises the following processes:

  • counting
  • sorting
  • wrapping
  • quality control
  • checking the origin of notes and coins
  • storage/order picking
  • generates expected reports, lists and statistics
  • creating reports and analyses from the performed processes in accordance with the Customer’s guidelines

Provision of the service is based on a comprehensive IT system dedicated exclusively to the service of cash processing, which fully coordinates all cash processes in the company, raises effectiveness, optimises cash levels, increases the safety level of money supplies, helps to communicate both inside the company and outside and generates expected reports, lists and statistics.

Transport of valuables








  • transport of cash and valuables throughout the country
  • · operations in compliance with binding legal regulations, including the highest precautions and security measures
  • operations based on the use of a fleet of several hundred vehicles which have been adapted to serve as escort and support vehicles; all vehicles carry required certificates and approvals, thus ensuring full security of the consignment, work comfort for the security staff
  • Storage of cash/cash equivalents.
  • supervision of CIT employees who hold high professional qualifications and exhibit exceptional physical fitness as well as the required mental qualities
Inkaso








Comprehensive service of individual customers (including shops, wholesalers, petrol stations, offices, and clinics) involving collection of cash in the form of a “closed payment” (secure envelope).


Banking








The offer includes:
  • preparation of cash feedings and settlement
    of cash surpluses transferred by bank branches, in any form and amounts
  • counting and handling of bank customers’ daily takings, and – in advanced service – direct posting of credit and debit records on the customers’ accounts
  • handling incoming and outgoing cash to/from the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and other banks

Corporate Client








The service includes:
  • comprehensive handling and delivery of cash feedings/returns to the Client’s head office (in secure envelopes), with settlements made based on the Client’s bank account
  • possibility of ordering cash feedings reflecting the Client’s individual needs/requirements
  • delivery of cash feedings (to designated location, at a specific time – the date and time (hour) of the delivery according to specification and detailed requirements)
  • collection and settlement of daily takings
  • delivery of prompt information on the settlements according to the criteria defined by the Client
