	Signing the Audit Contract
	Audit Performed by a team of auditors who are experts in the fields covered by the audit; compilation of a list of results and presentation of an audit report.
	Suggested Modifications Preparation of an outline of the target structure; identification of means to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising the quality of service; pointing out tasks which require immediate implementation; preparation of a plan of changes as regards human resources management.
	Meeting with the Customer Presentation and discussion of the results of the audit; presentation and discussion of suggested changes to the existing staffing structure; presentation of benefits (including financial benefits); offer of co-operation with IMPEL HR.
